The problem is my customer can't sync. it stops with "out of memory" error coming from the server.
Error is KB 23526 – I’ve gone down to lowest recommended buffer setting. (don’t know why the number goes down vs up but its not working)
the customer gave ACT its own VM w/ 3 GB of RAM.
the customer is on EX and it was using 1.4 and 1.7 GB of ram -
i swapped out EX for ST to see what would happend. - SQL now uses 2.8 GB of ram.
why is SQL using up all the RAM?
i'm open to suggestions because i'm out of ideas.

oh and yeah i've uninstalled/reinstalled. on remote can sync but a few others can't...
the server was a real server BUT now we are in a VM.
