What is the error message you get while trying to open your database over the network, I am assuming that you are trying to use computer 2 to open the database on computer 1, if so what is the error message you get

We have a KB for this but it hasn't been made public yet.
I have sent you a private message with some instructions, please follow the steps.
If it works please post back here, and I will update the KB so they know the solution works and then we can make the KB public
