Restrict Record Manager

Is it possible to prevent a standard user from changing the Record Manager for a contact if they are the Record Manager for that contact in SAGE ACT Premium 2009

Sorry, this is not possible.  If a contact has rights to a record, they can change the data on the field.  You can make some fields read only in the premium version of hte product, but not a system field like record manager.

 

One other choice would be to add another field (call it account manager) and then make that field read only.
