Restoring Act! 6 backup in Sage ACT! Premium 2012 Version 14.1.108.0

Need a helping hand getting a Act! 6 backup to Act! Premium 2012.

- Non Server, Non Networked environment

- Single user database

- Database created on XP restoring to Win7

Restore wizard says there is no back-up data available.  I have opened the zip file and all files appear to be in place.

I have successfully restore my fair share of back-up copies over the years however it appears going from the .dbf file format to SQL involves a few more steps than I see on line.

Thanks for your assistance...

Extract the ACT! 6 files from the ZIP file and open the ACT! 6 DBF file with ACT! 2012, it will start the conversion.
