Hopefully everybody is having a great Monday!
Whenever our salespeople want to resend an email to a client, we click on the attachment in ACT, that brings up the email, then they click on Tools...herein lies the problem. The Resend this Message button is grayed out.
I know they could just forward the message and then eliminate the FWD: at the beggining but I was just curious as to why this was an issue. That button isn't grayed out in emails that weren't sent through ACT, just the ones that were sent through ACT.

Did you ever find out howe to resend from ACT?
