I am using Act Premium 2012 with Outlook 2003 and have suddenly stopped receiving read receipts and/or delivery failure notifications. Is there some way of turning these off and on?

Is this issue occurring when sending emails though mail merge in Act? Are you selecting the return receipt checkbox when going though the mail merge wizard?
Can you send read requests with your normal Outlook emails, as well as receive delivery failure notifications? Is this only occurring when sending mail merge emails though Act?
