I have ACT Premium 2010. When I do a lookup of all records where I am Record Manager, the on-screen total is 797. However, when I run any ACT report (phone list, etc.), the count on the report shows 734. I have counted the number on the report and it does match the on-screen count of 797, but yet the amount printed on the report shows 734.
These are ACT generated reports and have been customized in any way.
Any thoughts or solutions?

Many of the reports were directly converted from the standard reports in ACT! 6 and those record counts were know to be flawed. Many of the reports count on the contact field and will ignore any contact field that is blank. If you check you will find that the missing record all don't have an entry in the contact field.
