Have two issues;
#1 - Sorting by Field (in this case, Contact History > Result (see enclosed file).
#2 - How can I total on a report the results of; Contact History > Result
My goal is to print a report at the end of the day that shows what I did (trying to increase my calls, contacts, etc...). The report simply tells me the contact, and if I left a message, call completed, letter sent, etc... (I'd like to total all those).
I also did a snapshot of the report so you can see it didn't work.
