We have problems with the history section in reports.
The reports currently show the whole content of emails and they did not break properly within the page.
Email contents did not come straight after the Result, Date and Time, but start from the following pages instead.
Is it possible to fit in the pages or just showing the tiles/subjects of email.
I have attached what emails look like in the reports.

When the details of the standard report more than fills the remaining part of the page there will be a page preake and then the details will print even if they run off the end of the page as in your screen shot. There isn't any way to have a page break within the print format of a single field. I've edited the standard history report for some client to have the detail start on a separate line so that I could make the details the full width of the page so that more of the details would print on a single page.
Other than the above suggestion there isn't any other fix and there can't be any other fix.
