Replacing a field in a look up

We are using ACT Premium for Web  and I did a look up for companies and need to change my look up ID status field for all the companies.  How do I do this?  It was an easy change for the boxed version but the web version i am having a hard time with.

It depends which version of Act Premium for Web are you are using. (check by going to Help>about Act Premium)

 

The function to replace field values to multiple contact/companies in a lookup was only introduced to Act for Web in version 17.2.

 

If you have version 17.2, you just need to do your lookup of companies, choose Edit at the top left of the screen and then replace field.

I am using 17.1.156 version.  I do not see an edit function

Just use the free update to 17.2
