Event logs as follows are being generated every few seconds on the terminal server. The site has a number of users using the TS for all functions including ACT! They are experiencing various issues on the server and are concerned the event logs are an issue. Can anyone tell me how to prevent the logs, or whether they should be of concern or not:

For generic Terminal Services install questions, please read this ACT! Knowledge Base article - http://tinyurl.com/68qm4w
That event log is the Outlook integration. What version of Outlook are you using?
What version of ACT! (the full build from Help | About)?
With TS, I usually recommend logging into the actual server once as each user and setting up the email rather than doing it through a TS session.

I would try updating to 10.03 - It does need to be installed for every user on a LAN or sync, but with TS, it would be one system
Do the install in Windows Selective Startup mode as per Knowledge Base Answer 14499 - always more reliable.
