I am running Remium 2006 Version 8.
I have a computer that I use as a sever with the main DB.. and i have many computers that use remote databases that sync with the main one on a semi-daily basis.
I am finding that a glitch is causing the usernames and record creators field to change names when a new contact is added. As soon as a new contact is created, the Record manager and username are changed to the name of the contact that was created.
This is very odd and i don't know how to fix this.
Please help.

How are you adding new contacts? It almost sounds like your writing over the my record.
Go to lookup my record, if you do this and its one of your customers name's then you have overwritten the my record, you will need to change this back to the person you are logged into the database as.

Have you run the Tools, Database Maintenance, Check and Repair against the database?
Have you also used the ACTDIAG utility on the database?
