ACT! Premium V21 Update 4
Currently, only the Record Manager of a Contact can change the Record Manager field, even though other users, within the same team, have access to the Record. Is there a way to only have Teams listed in the contact's Limited Access box without having the record manager automatically listed as well? The Record Manager is part of the team, but other team members need to have the ability to change the Record Manager if needed.

The Record Manager field is a system field and as such only the existing record manager or someone with Manager or Administrator status as a user of ACT can change the Record Manager field. This is built into the design and as the Record Manager field is not available to edit in Field Security there is no way to change this.
