ACT2009(v11) user is an admin and also a remote user. Abusiness card exists for the user and new contacts of the same user are being created for practically every history item. Just the contact name is created with an email address and no other contact info except the history. We have totally deleted every duplicate contact from both remote and main database and sync'd a couple of times to be sure that the sync process was not causing and also did database maintenence to be sure it was okay. Even when the database is used locally for the user they still multiply. This also happens for about 3 other contacts in the same database but not as many each day probably because of the activity of the others contacts. We only have about 12 active users. It still happens and is gowing 100+ a day.
Has anyone seen such a thing or have other things we may look at to stop this?
