Remote user computer crashed

One of our remote user's computer crashed, so she has a new computer.  Can I re-send her the original remote database or do I need to create a new one for her? (ACT 2006)

Thanks!

I would recommend that you select her existing remote database under Tools, Synchronization Panel, Manage Database, then 'Recreate Remote Database"

I already created a new one, but haven't delivered it yet.  What are the advantages of doing the "recreate" option vs. the new one?

Thanks!

Simple, one step - use the same sync set, keep the same rdb name and all settings.  If you create a new one, you have to create a new sync set first, then name it differently than the original db.  I've walked into accounts where they kept creating new databases - it was chaos - one site had 10 sync users but 30 different remote databases - obviously 20 were no longer in use but which ones?  And ACT! thought it was syncing 30 users.
