Recently upgraded to Premium 2011. Sharing in a small workgroup is functioning fine. Created a sync set with one user listed to access remote, selected from the available list. Remote database created without trouble. Unpacked and restored on the remote computer with no error. When trying to login we get the "Could not authenticate user. Verify the user and password, and try again." error.
Created a second remote database with all of the users allowed. Same error occurs.
I've been back over the instructions several times - am I missing something?

- Were you able to sign onto the remote with your Admin username?
- If this was a new username in ACT!, did you open the main database with that username before creating the remote? To set it to 'Active'.
