Remote Sync IP Address cahnge

Our internet service provider has changed our IP address.  Now none of my remote users can sync.  Is there a way to make that change on the remote computer without sending a completely new remote database to the user?

You won't have to create new remotes, you can update each remote with the new IP address: in each remote > open Act! > go to Tools > select Synchronization Panel > select 'Manage Connection Information'.  On this screen you can update your IP information.

I am having a problem clicking on the managing connection information line.  it is there, but it will not allow me to click on it.. is there anything i need to do?  thanks

IS this on a remote db that you are attempting to click - or the server?  Do you have synchronization enabled (on the server) and have created remotes already (installed on client computers)?
