We are using ACT 2009 Premium and we have 5 remote databases. Each remote db belongs to a different salesperson in a different territory. I have created a dashboard for each in the main db. The problem is when they sync, they all get all of the dashboards. Is there a way to keep this from happening? Is there a proper way to distribute and maintain dashboards?
Dashboards are a part of the Supplemental Files within Act!, if a remote is defined to sync supplemental files it will receive all of them. There is no way to define a subset of supplemental files to sync.
