I must have done something myself because my colleague is using Act! atm with no issues, but for me the data area to right is just blank.
Please see attachment.
I can search for a contact, it doesn't display details.
I can select a contact from tasks, it doesn't display details.
List view works after a fashion, but details view just gives me this grey screen.
Win10, Act! (Web) Version: 22.214.171.124, Update 1

Thanks for coming back to me. I hadn't thought to try other browsers.
So the browser it fails in is Google Chrome Version 83.0.4103.97 (Official Build) (64-bit)
I just tried Microsoft Edge 44.18362.449.0 Microsoft EdgeHTML 18.18362 C 2019
And it seems to work in Edge.
There was a reason I moved from Edge to Chrome before with Act! there was an issue, I can't remember what, but there was an issue.

Just to add Patricia, I did just try clearing my cache in Chrome and now Act! seems to work again there, which is interesting.
Anyhow I do more work in Chrome than Edge at the moment so better that it works in Chrome.
