Hi all
Is it possible to generate a report that shows the activity of a record manager, ie: Notes, activities, history
basically for compliance purposes i need to ensure that client records are being update and that the quality of the records is compliant

I also would like to get a record manager report. Our update of ACT is not syncing with our version of Outlook so we have to revert to the old version and all of the activity with our contacts for the last 3 days will be lost. I need to figure out a way to print a report of everything I have recorded with the contacts I have dealt with. I am wishing my job was not paperless..
