Good day all,
We're running ACT Premium 2009 - latest build on an XP peer-to-peer network. The ACT database is resides on the "server" PC, and is accessed by the other PCs on the network. We are using Office 2007.
When we attempt to print any document in ACT, the "record history" dialog box no longer appears as it used to. Before, the printer dialog box would close, and the record history dialog box would appear. We have made no changes to ACT or the network. We are having the same problem with all of the PCs on the network. We can manually record a history with attachments on all PCs without any problem.
Does anyone know how we can get the dialog box to re-appear?
