I am fairly new when it comes to ACT. I am with a provider of contracting services. I need to develop a process in ACT whereby I can track from initial inquiry including lead source to tracking calls to followup calls and emails to yes or no and if no why we lost the sale. I know the opportunities tab is important. Does anyone have a template whereby they developed a similar process which they could share? What are some useful tools to learn ACT Premium enough to accomplish this? (e.g. books, videos, etc.)

We can and will help you but if I may suggest you would most benefit from an ACT consultant on a 1 day 1 to 1 workshop where they set up ACT to perform to match your business process and train you in its use. If the budget allows this is going to save you money and time to get going in the right direction with the right tolls set up for the business.
