Really confused about 2011 Premium and 2011 Premium for the web?

I have installed Act2011 Premium on a 2003 standard Windows server. Can I use this product for web access or do I need to install 2011 Premium for the web? I downloaded Act 2011 for the web (trial) and tried to install it but it said I already had 2011 Premium installed. I have installed IIS but I do not understand how to get web access to the premium version. Here is my problem and what I want to do; I currently have 2009 running on a 2003 server (different server than above), I have 6 PC's that connect to it over a LAN and 2 remote users that remotely synch. The remote guys say they lose notes and in some instances entire contacts. I did not believe them until a new guy (remote synch) started complaining of the same thing. So I want to keep the 6 wire connected users and switch the remote guys to web access instead of synching. Hopefully that will solve this problem of lost contacts. Thanks for any help you can offer!

You need to uninstall the non-web ... then install the web version.

Backup first, but it shouldn't remove any data
