Re-installed Act Premium - License issues

I rebuilt the secondary user pc that Act Premium was previously installed on.

 

When I re-installed, I had problems registering. I called and they gave me an install code to enter and it seemd to work.

 

When I tried to log on to the database I get:

 

There are not enough licenses to allow you to log onto this database.

 

I copied the PAD file from the master pc that was upgraded to Act Premium and am having problems with the secondary pc.

 

Any thoughts?

You're getting this error because there are more active users compared to user licenses.  Do you have only one ACT! serial number?

We have 2 licences for ACT Premium. One was an upgrade of an earlier version and that is on the master. We bought a full version for the secondary pc.

 

The secondary pc had it installed and was working fine but the pc needed to be rebuilt so I am merely re-installing.

Register both serial numbers on the server by going to Help > Register ACT!.
