I have recently had two members of staff leave and I need to re-assign all the tasks they set to one of my other members of staff, is there a way to do this all in one go, or does each task need to be re scheduled idividually?
Would appreciate any help

ACT! Database Server - Do not forget to make a backup before any process
If you need - first test this on demo database
Try this - Login with the user who is to receive the scheduled activities - Task List - Filter this list by "Schedule For" Field - Enter the User inactivated - Copy / Paste these activities - The new activities will be created Produced by the user that is currently in ACT! - Then delete the previous activities (not a very technical but it is recursive)
To add the "Schedule For" field in the Task list - Top right is the "Options - Customize Columns"
