Hi,We have purchased ACT! Version 220.127.116.114 with 10 User Licenses for our Business development Team. I am new to the ACT Software and I have some basic questions. Kindly suggest me the right way to implement the User database.
We have 10 sales executives, all are having own Excel Data base for Calling. In this scenario which is the best way to create a database.
1. Single database access for all executives or Individual database for everyone . All are going to fix the appointment for one Person (Manager). Please describe in detail

You should have posted this to the forums rather than the blog.
1. Yes a single database, which can then be shared across a LAN or sync'd to local laptops or PDAs or accessed over the web as your 2nd point seems to show. For some more detail, see: http://blog.glcomputing.com.au/2009/02/sharing-act-network-or-sync.html
2. That purely a question of how you set the detaults in IIS. ACT! doesn't really care.
