RESTORE

Hi,

I ve got this problem when i try to restore my data base.

i found that

http://kb.sagesoftwareonline.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/23953/kw/.bak

But it's already with Local System account

ACT is in version 10.0.1.199

Do you have an idea?

Thanks

Re: RESTORE

Hello remi4150,
The second line of the error message would indicate an issue with the backup file itself, either being damaged or incomplete. Are there any other backup files you can use to test? Or can you make a new backup and then see if you can restore it?

Try making a backup with a different database to see if your current database has an issue. You can use the demo database (ACT10Demo). The default location for the demo is in the public shared documents.

Re: RESTORE

Are you making the backup locally (on the machine where the database resides) or through the network? If network, try a local backup to a local drive.
