RESOLVED: Outlook 2016 integration issues - READ ME

Update Regarding Act! and Outlook 2016 Integration for Act! v18 and v19 Customers

Last week, we informed you of an update recently released by Microsoft that impacted Outlook integration for Act! customers running Outlook 2016.

If you were impacted by this issue, we’re happy to let you know that we will be releasing an update that resolves this issue. Below is the release schedule by Act! version. Please visit the Act! Download Center to access your update on its release date:

  • Act! v19.2 Update 2: Thursday, June 29th
  • Act! v19.1 Update 5: Friday, June 30th
  • Act! v19.0 Update 6: Friday, July 14th
  • Act! v18.2 Update 5: Friday, July 14th

While we recommend installing this update to ensure your product is up-to-date, there is a manual workaround you can implement now. Visit this KB article for instructions.
