Is it possible to have more than one email that the quick link button works for? Act standard fields has two email fields yet it appears only to link emails from one field can this be changed or altered??

I have a few clients that have home email and work email, it appears it will only link to the primary email ie: work email

A possible thing
if i send the email to work email address and cc to the home email, would it recognise the cc? perhaps it works if i put both in the same area and no cc??

Have you checked in Define Fields that the other field is an Email field?
Also, are you sure it's 11.1?
It was different in 11.0
Have you tried with different contacts or deleting the address in the other field and re-typing it (in case it was entered with some bad character)?
What status does it show in the ACT! Outlook Sevice?

They are both default fields i have not added any new fields... but i did check and yes they are email fields

Act Outlook Service???? do you mean the little email link window? for this one client there is a lot of emails not attached
