Quick Attach Issue Recording into History

Quick Attach Issue Recording into History

When I use quick attach. The email does not always show up in history. I try to refresh but it still does not record in history. Other times it will work immediately. Its very random.

 

Any thoughts???

Hello RKwiecien,
Welcome to the ACT! Online Community. If you look in the lower right corner of your screen, do you see a white envelope with an X? If so, then right-click on it, select Show Progress, then look under the Not Attached Messages tab to see to reason the emails did not attach.

Hi

 

Recently i notice the the "quick attached " takes a long time to perform attachments. This is a recent isssue i am using the latest version as on Nov 2010.

 

Any ideas what should i check for
