Our company is evaluating various contact manager programs to decide which one we will deploy to several of our users (probably more than 10). I downloaded the documentation and the 30-day trial for ACT! but I have come across some stumbling blocks and was hoping to find some guidance here.
1. I'd like to install the ACT! database on an existing Microsoft SQL 2005 server we have in our environment and not use the MSSQL Express program that comes with ACT. How can this be accomplished or where can I find documentation regarding it?
2. Are there any instructions for installing the program in a Citrix 4.5 environment?
