Question about turning remote database into primary database

Hello All,

I am running 2006 premium for workgroups.  I have 3 remote databases syncronizing with my 'main' database.  For some reason, one of my users must be corrupt because the main database locks up whenever anyone tries to look at this person's activities (task list / daily activities / etc.).  This happens on any PC that is working off the main database.

A remote user with a 'syncronizing' database has no issues looking at this users activities.

It seems as though I need to do one last sync and then use the remote / 'syncronizing' database as the 'main' database.

Does anyone see a problem with this?  Anyone have sugestions on the process? (i.e. - make a backup and then restore to a new name, share, then setup up remote DBs)

Many thanks!!
