We have been having trouble on the web version of ACT premium ( v18) with the users getting logged out of the site while searching for Contacts or Opportunities. After digging in a bit further with our reseller and ACT! support we were told that we could not have any special characters in the fields as the web version does not support any special characters except underscore.
This does not sound right as we should be able to use characters like $, ( and ) in Memo fields...
Is anyone else experiencing these type of issues with the web version ?
