Hi all,
ACT 2010 premium
I am trying to query my database to find me all older contacts that either have no opportunities or $0 opportunities only. My results are inconsistent. Is there a way to say "if all ops =$0"...?
Also how would you query all contacts that have no ops?
Thanks in advance

Do a query searching for opportunities instead of contacts. Set the opportunity total field to zero or less than 0.001 and this will yield all zero opportunities. For Contacts with no opportunity, do a query against sales opportunities and look for record manager Does Not Contain data.

Thanks for the quick reply!
I'm new to this so bear with me.
On setting the ops to "total=$0" it includes all $0 ops. It also includes all of the contacts that have $0 and >$0 if they have both in the contact. I'm trying to get all of the contacts that were supposed to do business with us but chose not to so I can purge them. I want to keep if they have ever done business. Some of my contacts have $0 ops and have also purchased. I'm not looking to purge the ops per say. I just the contacts that have only $0 ops.
I also want to purge any contacts that have no ops in them.
Thanks
