Query Help: Lookup date that is older than a 1 year from today

I have a field of type date with a date, we will call it MyDate, in it that users update periodically. A similar field exists in contacts, groups and companies. I am trying to work a few query scenerios:

1) to find all the records for which the MyDate field is older than 1 year from today (the day the query is run, today would be an anchor date)

2) to find all the records for which the MyDate field is older than 10 months but younger than 1 year from today (the day the query is run, today would be an anchor date)

I cannot seem to put together the proper query given the operators available for a query. Are these queries even possible?

Any questions, please let me know. Any help in going in the right direction would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

That version doesn't have the query specifications that you'd need to accomplish this.

What version of Act? If it's prior to 2009 I think some of the queries your wanting may be unattainable.
