Hello,
I have a PEP or product enhancement program message pop-up whe starting ACT, i cannot close the program and ACT does not respond to any keystrokes. I uninstalled Act with the uninstaller tool, re-installed and have the same issue. Act has been running on this pc for while with no issues, i'm not sure what happened. Does anyone have any advice or have any experience wiuth this issue?

Most likely the program is initiated by a .dll residing within the plugins folder (C:/Program files/ACT/act for windows/plugins)
Find the file and rename the .dll to .old and re open ACT (aCT needs to be closed.
As an alternative , you could rename the plugins folder (more drastic and assuming you don't have other addins) the essential addins would recreate when you restart ACT.

Hello Pete,
Welcome to the Sage ACT! Community. To disable the PEP prompt, try this:
- Close ACT!
- Browse to the ACT! program directory. Default location depends on your operating system:
32-bit operating system: C:\Program Files \ACT\Act for Windows
64-bit operating system: C:\Program Files (x86)\ACT\Act for Windows
- Locate and rename (by adding the word OLD to end of the file name) the following three files
Sage.PEP.Client.dll
Sage.PEP.Environment.dll
Sage.PEP.Environment.Interface.dll
- Reopen ACT!
