We have been experiencing difficulties with our remote users syncing into our database. At first we were advised that we had too many attachments therefore we went to remove old files but this function would not work, the US have sent us the fix and we have therefore been able to remove a whole load of data.
Problem is we are still have failed syncs, one remote user has been able to sync but others have been unable to. HELP! ACT have informed a colleague of mine that there are known problems on ACT 2011 and the problems we were getting started around the time we upgraded, however we did install a new server around the same time, ACT have said the fix will not be available until after Christmas or alternatively we can upgrade to ACT 2012 where the known errors have been resolved. However, I am concerned about doing another upgrade as it feels like to are only covering up the existing problems.
Has anyone else had problems syncing on 2011?
