Problems with not all history appearing when working with opportunities in Sage ACT 2011

Hello,

 

I have a problem in Sage ACT! 2011 Premium. When working with an opportunity and changing information under the Products/Services tab, these changes doesn't appear under the history tab. I think this is very important to log and I would like to see them under the history tab, so my colleagues can easily keep track of the progress of the opportunity.

Hello ostlund.joel,
In order for changes to the Product fields to record in history, you will need to enable this in the field definitions for the product fields:
- Tools > Define Fields
- View fields for: Products
- Double-click the desired field (i.e., Price, Quantity, etc.) to edit it
- Check the box for Generate History
- Click Finish
- Repeat for additional fields or click Close to save
