I have a problem, when I test the ASP.net account on Web Site Administration, it shows the next error " ASP.NET process account does not exist or is not configured properly"
I verify that ASP.net is enabled, but still shows me the error when performing the test.
Could you help me, please?

To see if this is an ACTWEB problem or default website problem try logging into the default web page on the server.
If you get the default website then it is an ACT WEB configuration problem but if it fails with an error then the original web site installation has the problem.

Is the account you created entered correctly into the Web site administrator user account?
To check open Act (on the hosting server)
Click tools > Web site administration
select the user account tab.
the Windows domain should be the hosting machine name
Windows user name should be the account you created
password should be the password you created

Can you just clarify if it is under the WEBSRVER tab or the USER ACCOUNT the ASP.NET Test is failing?
If it is the User Account Test the most common mistake is not selecting the local machine under Windows Domain.
The other common mistake is creating a domain account rather than a local account.
