Problems searching for specific info in Sage Act Premium version 2010 v12.2.76.0 network version

Hello!

 

We're currently using Sage Act Premium version 2010 v12.2.76.0 network version with 6 users . 

 

One user has - out of the blue - started to experience a problem with searching for specific information in one of the databases. When he tries to search for info the message states:  No contact found that meet specified criteria. This only occurs in one database and no other users are experiencing problems. 

 

Our search process is as follows: Lookup - By Example - click on one of the dropdowns in the boxes.

We have over 16,000 records in the database.

I would try and delete the files from the IsolatedStorage folder on the users machine from 

XP = C:\Documents and Settings\<User_Name>\Local Settings\Application Data\IsloatedStorage\ 

Win 7 =  C:\Users\<User_Name>\App Data\Local\IsolatedStorage\

or you coud try and find the specific file that is casuing the problem and delete it.
