Our office is in the process of updating our client contact information and preparing to impliment a newsletter.
I understand that it could be possible to send a mass email out to every user with their contact information (so they can verify it). The problem that I'm having is it's really hard to tell which contact field corresponds to contact field in the act word editor.
Any advice on how to do what we're trying in a sensible way?

Threre are a couple of really easy ways. from the contact detail view, right click on a field and after the word lookup is the field name.
The other way would be to put the layout editior in design view, tools, design layouts, Contact and take a screen shot of this Print Screen, and then past into word. This will give you all the field names
