Problem with outlook integration

 

I have uploaded my database, I can access it fine online. I downloaded the integration tool from the menu, installation goes fine aswell but when I open outlook I am unable to connect to the database, as you can see on the screenshot. I use windows 10 and outlook 2016 32bit. I have tried 3 computers, including one on windows 7 outlook 2016 32bit and I get the same problem.

This issue should now be resolved. Please can you try entering the web service address again and testing?

Unfortunately not, I just tried with 2 different computers, one windows 7 with outlook 2013, another on windows 10 with outlook 2016, getting the same exact error message.

Seems to be working now on my PC, I guess it should be working on my boss' aswell! thanks!
