Problem with adding New Contact to a Company

When in Company view we can no longer Create a new contact from Company.  When you click on the link under Related Tasks list it just doesn't workMan Mad

What version of ACT! and have you applied the latest updates and or hotfixes.

 

Run database maintenance from the tools menu

ACT! by Sage Premium 2010 Version 12.1.181.0, Hot Fix 1

 

Would the size of the database make any difference to this, ours is 196MB and the ZIP file backups it produces are 353MB. Is there a limit to database size?

I believe version 12 has a number of later hotfixes and I would install these and see if there is any change

Where do we download the latest version and hotfixes from?

You can download updates and hotfixes from our Download Center.

 

For UK updates, you'll want to select the option EMEA under the International Product Downloads section.
