Problem with Attach to ACT! Progress...

I have searched but I have found no one reporting this problem.  My "Attach to ACT! Progress" is running in the backround and it is properly attaching new emails to my Outlook contacts but there are 5 null messages in the "Not Attached Messages" window.  I have tried to remove them, shut down all processes, removed and reattached my ACT! address book from within Outlook, rebooted but to no avail.  The 5 null emails are still there and I can't seem to remove them.  If anybody has any ideas on how to accomplish this let me know.  Any help would be appreciated.

Follow the steps below:

- End process on Act.Outlook.Service.exe from Task Manager.

- Go to Start and select Run.

- Type %appdata% and click Ok.

- Open ACT folder > ACT for Windows 11

- Delete the HistoryQueue folder.

- Go to C:\Program Files\ACT\ACT for Windows.

- Double click Act.Outlook.Service.exe to start it.

- See if emails are still there.
