Problem with ASP Account

Hello, yesterday i realized that i cant synchronize. I went to the web site adminstration and i have passed the web server test, but when i go to user account and click on test i am receiving this error message:

"The ACT ASP user account does not have permission to access or run ACT! Premium for web. See the ACT! Premium for web Administrator's guide for instructions for configuring ASP.Net user account permissions"

i followed all the steps in the act cutomer FAQ. but i couldnt solve it. I put the domain administrator password in the ISS and in the user account options and nothing happened. This administrator password has access to all the folders in this act server.

Any idea?

Re: Problem with ASP Account

What is the name of your anonymous login account? Is the account a local admin? Is this on a domain controller? Is the anon login account an existing user? Is ASP.net set to use 2.0 for all nodes decending from websites?

Or just create a new local user with admin rights named APFW and verify the versions of asp.net.
