Hi, I want to ask some question for the trouble i encounter a few days ago, at my office, this happen from a few days ago till now.
The problem is when my co-worker click the create quote for open opportunities, at morning its cause no problem, but at afternoon the trouble insist, though it can be solved by closing ACT!, Ms. Word and Ms. Excel and re-open it, but I think there is a more effective solution for me, here is my method:
1. close the ACT
2. close Ms. Word and Excel
3. re-open Ms. Word and Excel there is always show notification for repairing the document, and press cancel
4. the opened Ms. Word show the created quote before and on the left side show recovery tab
5. re-open the ACT

The error message is slightly different, but often comes from the same cause.
Hopefully the steps in that article will resolve the issue for you.
