Problem synch my database

Hi,

I have a problem to synch my database. I synch it last time on 10/12/2011 and now it has been 28 days not synchronized. I am geting this message:

 

 Synchronization has failed. Exchange of watermarks failed. Server Error Description: The database cannot sync because data is unavailable.  Contact your administrator for assistance.

 

Can you please help with with this problem? I am using Act 2009.

Unfortunately this will most likely result in creating a new remote database.  See this article for further information: KB Article 19944
