Problem creating remote database

I am trying to set up 2 computes to sync.  I am on the computer which contains what will become the publisher DB and am trying to create a remote database.  But the line which says "Create a Remote Database" is always greyed-out. I am using ACT! 2011 Pro on a Windows 7 system. I am logged in as administrator.  I can't figure what the problem could be.

Try starting ACT! by right-clicking and selecting "Run as Administrator"

It's most likely your Windows UAC that's the problem.
