I have just purchased Pro-2011, down grading from Premium 10.0. I have gone through each step of the database downgrade yet during the "saving" process I am getting an "unable to copy" pop-up message. I have all administrative privileges and am saving to the PC hard drive. Does anyone one know what the problem could be? I can not install the new software until this is corrected.

Is there any more to the message presented than 'unable to copy'?
Try opening the demo database (or create a new database) and test the Save Copy function. If it is able to create a copy, the issue resides with your main database. You can try to resolve it by running Tools > Database Maintenance > Check and Repair.
