We are using Act 2007 Prem for Workgroups on 2 Citrix\Load balancing servers with a shared database server environment. One of the major problems we are having is users printing within this environment. They are getting errors like their printer is not showing up in the print box, Handle 0 is not valid, No printers are installed or getting kicked out of Act when they print or pull up something in a print preview. All users are using a roaming profile.
We have done multiple things to try and correct this problem. We have loaded all print drivers on the server, loaded updated print drivers on there workstation, made sure the print drivers are the same on workstation and server. Our fix is to reload print drivers and then reset their roaming profiles on Citrix. This usually fixes them for a short period of time (maybe a day to a week) and then the problem comes back.
We just set up the ACT 2008 Prem for Workgroups test environment and we are now experiencing the same printing problems with our users. We do not want to go live until we can find a solution because this is a big problem with our users and very frustrating to the Administrator to have to keep reloading print drivers and deleting profiles.
Has anyone experienced the same problem or have any solutions or ideas that may help?
I have verified with white pages\knowledge base docs on setting up the system correctly within Citrix.

Individual User Setups:
For integration with Word Processor and E-mail, the administrator will need to log in as each user to perform per-user customizations (or supply information to users and ask them to perform these steps). E-mail integration depends upon which email integration is used.
Also, try logging in, on the server, as eash user and setting them up to print.
And also... makes sure the default printer is switched on and connected
